The last day of the Swiss championship took place June 8 in Vevey, on the shores of lake Geneva. It was a happy ending for the Geneva Pirates, who won against the Vevey Egles, the 2010 titleholder. What a great victory for a good team, united since the beginning of the wheelchair football adventure in Switzerland, motivating everyone, staff and players for another challenge in 2011: the World Cup.
Let the party continue in the heart of Geneva and looking forward to a beautiful and exciting Swiss championship in 2012!
