WORLD CUP REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS
Dear NOPF,
I am delighted to be able to send to you now the information regarding registration for the World Cup 2011.
Attached to this email are a number of documents that are required for completion of the registration process. Please read each attachment thoroughly and complete the information that is requested.
As you will see it is not necessary to name all of the delegation on the registration forms but please ensure you indicate the position of the person e.g. Player, attendant so that we know the number of people to expect.
Please note that it is essential that all teams and countries wishing to participate in the World Cup must be affiliated members of FIPFA. Please ensure that this separate process has been completed prior to submitting World Cup registration.

30th April 2011 – Registration Documents returned
15th May 2011 – 50% Deposit Paid
24th August 2011 – Mitigating Circumstances Form Deadline (For players under the age of 16)
21st September 2011 – Final Squad Declaration Deadline
2nd November 2011 – First Day of Competition

World Cup 2011 General Information
OFFICIAL FANS PACKAGE BY YOOLA
Dear Friends,
The next FIPFA Powerchair Football World Cup will be held in Paris in November 2011.
Many people have asked us to help arrange a stay in the French capital at that time.
You understand that only the official sports delegations will be accommodated at the hotel of the French Federation Handisports,
which will be entirely taken over by the players and their coaches. Neither the organizing committee nor FIPFA will be able to organize
the visiting fans during that period, so we have asked a company called YOOLA to provide this service, offering a package tailored to the event.
In this email you will find three documents: the basic package, the other options and extensions, the last document is a pre-booking form.
If you are interested, please contact YOOLA directly, their address appears on the form.
Yoola can arrange your stay in France even if no disabled person is in your group.
And of course, there is no obligation to arrange your visit through this company.
