  • An indoor basketball court with a specific floor marking
  • Powerchair adapted to the play of football thanks to a footguard that that enables the player to control and hit the ball
  • A ball of 13 inches
  • Official game play at international – two halves of twenty minutes each
  • Two teams of four players – (three field players and a goal keeper)
  • the object of the game – as in football, to score more goals than the opponent

FOOTGUARD

It must be made of unbreakable material and be attached solidly to the frame of the powerchair. In general, it has 2 control bars with a shooting bar in the middle. It is positioned no lower than 5cm from the floor and no higher than 45cm. footguard

THE POWERCHAIR

The powerchairs should have at least 4 wheels. The maximum authorised speed during the match is 10kph (6.2mph), or 7 seconds over 19.5m (64ft). Protection must be added to the powerchair in order to avoid rolling up on the ball as well as to keep wheels from getting caught up and/or trapping up the ball.
